The role involves providing continuous medical coverage to inpatients, conducting clinical assessments, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care in accordance with hospital protocols. The Resident Medical Officer will assist senior physicians and surgeons during rounds and procedures, coordinate with nursing and allied health staff, and ensure timely execution of treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing emergencies, stabilizing patients, overseeing basic pre- and post-operative care, and maintaining accurate medical records.
