We're looking for a physician to join our medical team and become the owner of our Medical Quality Assurance — the person who ensures our system is clinically sound, safe, and reliable.This is a role for a doctor who thinks in systems: precise, detail-oriented, and structured, someone who enjoys finding logical gaps and building processes that make quality measurable and repeatable.What you'll ownBuild and own Doctorina's Medical QA system from the ground upFind logical and clinical gaps in how the system reasons and respondsCover the system with medical test cases across different features and scenariosRun clinical quality checks at both pre-deployment and post-production stagesReview real chats/interactions and verify the medical logic works as intendedWho we're looking forPracticing physician with a background in (endocrinology, infectious diseases, or a similarly broad clinical scope also welcome)Sharp, detail-oriented, systematic thinker — you naturally structure problems and spot what others missNo significant gaps in clinical practiceEnglish at B2 or higherBased in Warsaw (strongly preferred)Full-time.
