The company is currently in a Phase 0 pilot and was founded by healthcare entrepreneur and author Barry Michaels, who brings over five decades of multisector business-building experience.Role Description Physician Advisors at Tachyra Diagnostics Inc. provide expert clinical guidance to inform the design, validation, and continuous improvement of the company’s AI-driven decision support platform. In this full-time remote role, Physician Advisors review and refine clinical logic, evaluate diagnostic and medication-check outputs, and help define safe, practical workflows that reflect real-world practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams, contributing to clinical frameworks and protocols, and offering feedback on user interface and alert design to support clarity and ease of use. Physician Advisors may also participate in pilot deployments, support physician onboarding, and help interpret user feedback and clinical outcome data. This role involves ongoing engagement with evidence-based guidelines, regulatory considerations, and best practices for transparent, clinically sound AI tools.QualificationsClinical expertise: Active and unrestricted medical license (MD or DO), board certification in an internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or relevant specialty, and several years of direct patient care experience.Clinical decision-making skills: Strong background in differential diagnosis, medication management, and polypharmacy risk assessment, with comfort working across complex, multi-morbidity cases.Evidence-based practice: Ability to critically appraise clinical literature, apply guidelines, and integrate FDA labeling and regulatory requirements into decision support frameworks.Technology and data literacy: Familiarity with clinical decision support systems, EHR workflows, and AI-driven tools; ability to interpret model outputs and provide practical, safety-focused feedback.Communication and collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience explaining clinical reasoning to non-clinical stakeholders and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams.Remote work capabilities: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, managing time effectively, and using digital collaboration tools for meetings, documentation, and review.Additional preferred qualifications: Prior experience in health technology, clinical informatics, quality improvement, or guideline development; experience with pilot programs or clinical research; and interest
