Faculty joining PrepMed can expect a student-centric environment that values expertise and impactful teaching.Role Description The Physics Faculty role at PrepMed NEET is a full-time, on-site position based in Baharampur. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging Physics classes aligned with the NEET syllabus, using clear explanations, problem-solving sessions, and exam-oriented strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing academic guidance and doubt-clearing support. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty and academic teams to refine teaching materials, contribute to question bank development, and participate in workshops or mock tests. The faculty is expected to maintain high academic standards, ensure timely coverage of the curriculum, and foster a supportive learning environment for NEET aspirants.Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge in Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to teach concepts clearly at the NEET level.Background in Physics Education and Mathematics to design effective pedagogy, problem sets, and exam-focused explanations.Awareness of related domains such as Astronomy to enrich examples and contextual understanding where relevant.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field; teaching or coaching experience for NEET or similar exams is highly preferred.Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple language, manage classroom dynamics, and support diverse learning styles.Strong analytical and organizational skills for lesson planning, assessment design, and performance tracking.Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to supplement classroom teaching.Commitment to student success, ethical academic practices, and continuous professional development.
