This position focuses on supporting physiotherapy and rehabilitation products, including presenting product features and benefits to healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical guidance on appropriate use. The specialist collaborates with sales teams, clinicians, and procurement staff to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and assist in implementation and training. Daily activities include visiting healthcare facilities, responding to product inquiries, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product portfolios, industry trends, and relevant clinical practices.Qualifications Strong knowledge of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or related clinical disciplines, ideally supported by a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in medical devices or rehabilitation equipment, including product demonstrations, user training, and technical support to healthcare professionals.Customer-facing skills, such as building professional relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, understanding clinical workflows, and translating product features into patient care benefits.Sales and business development capabilities, including identifying opportunities, supporting tenders or proposals, and contributing to market growth strategies.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or clinical information in a clear and accessible way.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups within a dynamic healthcare environment.Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.Ability to work independently on-site, travel locally within Dubai and the wider UAE as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.Previous experience in the Middle East healthcare market or familiarity with regional hospital procurement processes is an advantage.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial.
