You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where integrated care is genuinely practiced.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniquesDesign and deliver effective, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plansIntegrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriateCommunicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate mannerEnsure every patient interaction reflects DISC's commitment to high-quality careAdhere to all departmental protocols, SOPs, and infection control processesMaintain current DOH licence status and complete all facility licensing requirements on timeUphold DISC brand standards across all clinical and operational activityContribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical deliveryQualificationsDOH licensed physiotherapist (please note your licence status in your application)Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; Master's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical field preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in a clinic or outpatient settingSound knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunctionFamiliarity with DOH and Ministry of Health regulationsExperience with infection control processesCollaborative, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skillsRequired SkillsDOH licensed physiotherapistClinical assessment and treatment planningEffective communication skillsKnowledge of infection control processesPreferred SkillsMaster's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical fieldExperience in a multidisciplinary teamOur ValuesLearning - We grow through curiosity and knowledge-sharingIntegrity - We do the right thing, even when no one's watchingTeamwork - We are stronger and better together*Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
