Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and discreet Travelling Physiotherapist to provide personalized physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and wellness support to a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) based in Dubai. The successful candidate will accompany the principal on domestic and international travel, ensuring continuity of care, injury prevention, physical well-being, and optimal mobility management.The role requires exceptional clinical expertise, flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a private household environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & RehabilitationConduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, mobility exercises, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.Support recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and mobility-related conditions.Monitor progress and adapt treatment programs based on changing health requirements.Implement injury prevention and corrective exercise programs.Exercise & Wellness ManagementDesign and supervise individualized exercise, stretching, and strengthening routines.Provide posture correction, ergonomic advice, and mobility enhancement programs.Collaborate with personal trainers, fitness coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals when required.Promote overall health, physical performance, and well-being through preventive care strategies.Travel SupportAccompany the principal on business and leisure travel globally.Ensure uninterrupted physiotherapy support during travel.Coordinate treatment schedules across multiple locations and time zones.Arrange and manage portable physiotherapy equipment whenever necessary.Liaise with local healthcare providers and medical facilities in travel destinations if required.Health Monitoring & DocumentationMaintain accurate and confidential treatment records.Monitor physical health indicators and report concerns to the principal and/or designated healthcare providers.Assist in developing health and recovery schedules aligned with the principal's commitments and travel itinerary.Confidentiality & ProfessionalismMaintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.Respect the privacy and preferences of the principal and family members.Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialBachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.Valid Physiotherapy License from a recognized regulatory authority.Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualification clinical experience.Experience treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports injury, and mobility-related conditions.Strong manual therapy and rehabilitation skills.Fluent in English.Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally at short notice.PreferredExperience working with VIP, HNI, UHNW individuals, professional athletes, executives, or private households.Certifications in:Sports PhysiotherapyManual TherapyDry NeedlingPilates-based RehabilitationStrength & ConditioningWellness CoachingArabic language skills would be an advantage.Key CompetenciesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.Strong organizational and planning abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.Strong understanding of luxury service standards.Absolute integrity and discretion.Work ScheduleFlexible schedule based on the principal's requirements.Availability for evenings, weekends, and international travel as needed.Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-call when accompanying the principal.Ideal Candidate ProfileA polished, internationally experienced Physiotherapist who combines strong clinical expertise with a service-oriented mindset, capable of delivering exceptional one-on-one care to a discerning HNI client while travelling extensively worldwide.
