The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers to achieve optimal functional outcomes.🔹 Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients' homes. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.🔹 RequirementsBachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license/classification. Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting.
