Guided by the slogan “We reach you… to care for your health,” Farabi Med focuses on responsive, accessible, and competitively priced care for patients in their homes.Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Jiddah. The Physiotherapist will provide home-based physiotherapy sessions, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough physical evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation programs, performing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe mobility, and prevention of complications. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards in all home visits.Qualifications Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise instruction, and manual therapy techniques.Experience in rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, with the ability to adapt care plans for home settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families, build trust, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Ability to manage time and schedules efficiently, prioritize patient visits, and maintain accurate, detailed medical records.Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and ethical standards relevant to home healthcare practice.Proficiency in basic digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and communication; familiarity with healthcare systems is an advantage.Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and valid professional licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physiotherapist in Saudi Arabia.Previous experience in home healthcare or community-based rehabilitation is preferred; Arabic and English language skills are beneficial.
