The Physiotherapist will assess client musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment and exercise plans, and deliver virtual physiotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices. The role includes monitoring progress, adjusting interventions, and documenting care in digital systems aligned with MantraCare’s AI-driven platform. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide client education on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and contribute clinical insights to support continuous improvement of the platform. Flexibility, professional integrity, and commitment to high-quality remote care are essential.Qualifications Clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and chronic conditions.Experience delivering telehealth or remote physiotherapy services, with strong comfort using digital tools and electronic health records.Knowledge of exercise prescription, functional movement, and pain management strategies grounded in current clinical guidelines.Strong communication, active listening, and patient education skills to engage and motivate clients in virtual settings.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., physicians, mental health professionals, nutrition experts) in integrated care pathways.Relevant professional degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy and valid licensure/registration in applicable jurisdiction.Experience working with employer-sponsored health programs, digital health, or AI-enabled care platforms is an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive care.
