Team members join a supportive environment that values professional development, ethical practice, and respect for diverse backgrounds.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Daily tasks include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and guiding patients on safe movement, posture, and use of assistive devices. The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating with nurses, physicians, and caregivers, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The Physiotherapist will also support patient safety, adhere to professional and regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of care services.QualificationsRelevant academic qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s degree or higher) and current professional licensure or eligibility to practice in the UAE.Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.Experience in rehabilitation across a range of conditions, such as musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, and geriatric care.Strong documentation, clinical reporting, and basic computer skills to maintain accurate patient records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work independently in home and community settings, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and time management.Commitment to patient-centered care, professional ethics, confidentiality, and infection prevention and control standards.Previous experience in home health or community-based care in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage; proficiency in English required, additional languages beneficial.
