Beyond Rehab Physiotherapy emphasizes professional growth, continuous learning, and a supportive work environment for clinical staff.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Dubai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, take detailed histories, and perform clinical examinations to diagnose movement and functional impairments. Daily tasks include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy, and monitoring patient progress with clear documentation. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle adjustments, while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinic protocols and professional standards. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participate in case discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient experience.Qualifications Relevant degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and eligibility for licensure/registration in Dubai (e.g., DHA or equivalent).Clinical experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or sports physiotherapy; experience in neurological or pediatric rehabilitation is an advantage.Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, including functional movement analysis, goal setting, and outcome measurement.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities.Ability to educate patients clearly on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management strategies, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Fluency in English required; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are an asset.
