Physiotherapist / cupping

Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Physiotherapist / Cupping practitioner will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver physiotherapy sessions focused on rehabilitation, pain relief, and functional improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, documenting treatment progress, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves providing cupping therapy where clinically appropriate, educating patients about treatment options and self-care exercises, and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. The practitioner will maintain accurate records, follow clinic policies, and contribute to a positive, respectful patient experience.QualificationsRelevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, with current professional licensure or eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates.Demonstrated clinical experience in physiotherapy, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention for musculoskeletal and/or sports-related conditions.Training and practical experience in cupping therapy, with strong understanding of indications, contraindications, and safe application techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly, build trust, and work effectively with diverse patients and colleagues.Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical standards and infection-control protocols.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.Previous experience in a clinic, wellness center, or rehabilitation facility in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
