The role involves providing clinical physiotherapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in accordance with DHA regulations and established care standards. The Physiotherapist - Instructor will design and deliver instructional sessions, workshops, and practical training for healthcare staff, students, or patients on rehabilitation techniques, exercise programs, and injury prevention. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient progress, updating treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and maintaining compliance with clinical and educational protocols. The role may also involve participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of training materials, and supporting community or clinic-based health promotion activities.QualificationsProfessional physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program management.Instructional and training capabilities, such as delivering structured teaching sessions, developing educational materials, and mentoring learners in clinical skills.Regulatory and clinical compliance, including holding or being eligible for DHA licensing, adherence to evidence-based practice, and familiarity with healthcare standards in the UAE.Communication and interpersonal strengths, including clear documentation, effective patient education, and collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams.Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing caseloads, prioritizing clinical and teaching responsibilities, and maintaining accurate records.Relevant academic background, preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Prior experience in clinical physiotherapy; experience in an instructional, academic, or training role within healthcare is highly beneficial.Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the region are an advantage.Commitment to ongoing professional development and familiarity with current physiotherapy research and best practices.AED 6k Salary
