The institute focuses strongly on the quality of both training and placement support.Role Description The Phytochemistry role at Win in Life Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will design and deliver phytochemistry-related training modules, including lectures, practical demonstrations, and laboratory sessions focused on plant-based compounds and their applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing course content, preparing teaching materials, supervising experiments, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in the lab. The role involves mentoring students, evaluating their performance, providing academic and career guidance, and collaborating with industrial partners to keep the curriculum aligned with current industry practices. The position also requires documenting training outcomes, participating in academic meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching and assessment methods.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge in phytochemistry, including plant biochemistry, natural product chemistry, extraction techniques, and analytical methods (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy).Candidates should possess skills in laboratory practices such as sample preparation, method development, data recording, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.Candidates should possess teaching and training skills, including the ability to develop curricula, prepare learning materials, deliver clear explanations, and assess student performance.Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, the ability to mentor diverse learners, and effective teamwork with academic and industry stakeholders.Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including use of office software, learning management systems, and accurate record-keeping of lab and academic activities.Master’s degree or higher in Phytochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Botany, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry or academic experience in phytochemistry or natural products research is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple academic responsibilities, and stay updated with current trends in phytochemistry and related industries.
