Team members are encouraged to contribute to an inclusive and motivating atmosphere for all clients.Role Description The Pilates Reformer Instructor at GymTech is responsible for leading safe, engaging, and effective Pilates Reformer sessions for individuals and small groups. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering classes, demonstrating exercises with proper technique, and providing clear, supportive instruction tailored to different fitness levels and abilities. The instructor will monitor client progress, offer corrective feedback, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other fitness staff, assisting with client scheduling, and promoting programs within the gym. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Pilates Reformer instruction skills, including exercise demonstration, class planning, and safe progression for various fitness levels.Candidates should possess knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention to ensure safe and effective training for all participants.Candidates should possess client communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, motivate clients, and provide clear, supportive guidance.Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and reliability to manage class schedules and maintain professional standards.Pilates certification (preferably Reformer-specific) from a recognized training organization is required or strongly preferred.Prior experience teaching Pilates or group fitness classes in a gym or studio environment is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and collaborate effectively within a diverse, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory team environment.Basic proficiency in English and Arabic is beneficial, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in fitness and wellness.
