Picker Operations Specialist

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale our Grocery business, we're looking for a Picker Operations Specialist to build and lead our in-store fulfillment operations from the ground up.This is an exciting opportunity to create scalable operational processes, develop high-performing frontline teams, and deliver an exceptional customer fulfillment experience.What You'll DoLead Frontline OperationsBuild and manage Keeta's Picker operations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day operations.Lead store Team Leaders while fostering a high-performance culture across frontline teams.Training & Operational ExcellenceDesign and continuously improve training programs, SOPs, and quality standards covering picking accuracy, product quality, out-of-stock handling, and customer experience.Drive operational consistency across all stores through regular audits and performance reviews.Workforce Planning & PerformanceOptimize workforce planning based on demand forecasts and trading patterns.Monitor KPIs including picking accuracy, fulfillment speed, labor productivity, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Delivery, Customer Service, Product, and Retail partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment from picking through to customer delivery.Build strong relationships with retail partners to resolve operational challenges and enhance store performance.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, food delivery, or marketplace operations.Experience leading frontline operational teams, store operations, or fulfillment teams.Strong knowledge of workforce planning, shift scheduling, training, and performance management.Data-driven mindset with experience using operational KPIs to improve performance.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.Experience using AI tools to improve operational planning or productivity is a plus.Why Join Keeta?🌍 Build from day one – Help establish Keeta's Grocery fulfillment operations and shape how we scale across the region.🚀 Lead with impact – Create operational frameworks, develop frontline talent, and influence business performance at scale.🤝 Collaborate across the business – Work with Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Retail Partners, and Logistics to deliver outstanding service.📈 Grow your career – Join one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies with opportunities to innovate, lead, and make a lasting impact.
