About The OpportunityA fast-paced manufacturing facility in India’s FMCG sector is scaling its operations and seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join the production floor as Picking & Packing Staff. We specialize in high-volume bottle manufacturing for leading beverage and personal care brands, delivering precision-packed orders on tight deadlines. This role is critical to ensuring seamless logistics, quality control at the point of dispatch, and warehouse efficiency for national distribution.Role & ResponsibilitiesSelect, sort, and bundle finished bottles according to packing lists and batch codes with zero error tolerance.Operate manual and semi-automated packing equipment (shrink wrap, label applicators, palletizers) safely and efficiently.Load finished goods onto pallets or cartons, ensuring correct count, weight, and labeling for outbound shipment.Verify quality of packed units against SOPs and flag any defects, damaged packaging, or discrepancies to supervisors.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing zone, adhering to OSHA and internal safety protocols.Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipment targets and support inventory audits.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveManual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting (up to 25 kg), standing, and bending for 8-hour shiftsBasic literacy to read packing slips, batch codes, and digital labels accuratelyExperience in FMCG/bottling/warehousing environment preferredFamiliarity with FIFO stock handling and inventory labeling systemsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions preciselyValid work permit or local employment eligibility in IndiaPreferredKnowledge of barcode scanners or RF devicesPrevious experience with shrink-wrapping or palletizing machineryBasic understanding of quality checkpoints in packagingBenefits & Culture HighlightsFixed monthly salary + attendance bonus + performance incentivesFull-day shifts with regular breaks and adherence to labor law normsSafe, air-conditioned packing zone with safety gear providedSkills: bottle,manufacturing,packing,salary
