Pigment Lead

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth technology company to hire an in-house Pigment Lead on their Finance Systems team.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role owning Pigment inside a scaling finance function. You will be the technical lead on the platform, working directly with FP&A, Accounting, and Strategy to build the models, integrations, and reporting that Finance runs on.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the in-house Pigment expert and lead developerBuild and maintain financial models supporting planning, forecasting, and reportingDeliver integrations between Pigment and surrounding enterprise systemsDevelop the underlying SQL, data models, and pipelines that support finance reportingPartner with Finance stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver solutionsMaintain data integrity across financial systemsQualifications8+ years in FP&A systems with hands-on development experience in Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or a similar EPM platformStrong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience building integrations and pipelinesSolid understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting fundamentalsProven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsNice to HavePython, JavaScript, or similar scripting experiencePigment or Anaplan Model Builder certificationExperience scaling finance systems in a high-growth environment'Position DetailsLocation: San Francisco preferred, open to Seattle or NYC. Relocation support available.Work model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in officeCompensation: $200,000 to $270,000 base salary plus equityVisa sponsorship: Not available for this role
