Committed to a holistic approach to well-being, we empower our community with tools to achieve both strength and resilience.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and qualified Pilates Coach to join our team in Jeddah.The Pilates Coach will be responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions, helping members improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall physical well-being.Key Responsibilities:• Lead high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions.• Provide clear instruction and proper demonstrations of Pilates techniques.• Adapt exercises to different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs.• Ensure proper form, alignment, breathing, and safe use of equipment.• Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members.• Monitor members’ progress and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.• Build strong relationships with members and support their fitness goals.• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.• Stay updated on Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices.Requirements:• Certified Pilates Instructor/Coach.• Previous experience in teaching Pilates.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.• Professional, energetic, and member-focused approach.Working Schedule• 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.• Conduct group classes, personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and member inductions as required by business needs.Benefits• Commission scheme based on personal training sales and performance.• Professional development opportunities.• Dynamic and supportive work environment.
