Guided by the mission to “Build Stronger People,” Spartans provides purposeful training that helps members develop strength, confidence, and a resilient mindset.Role Description The Pilates Coach is a full-time, on-site role based at Spartans Martial Arts & Fitness in Sharjah. The coach will lead Pilates classes for diverse age groups and fitness levels, focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, and functional movement. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering safe, effective class sessions, providing individualized feedback, and monitoring participant progress. The role also involves educating members on proper technique, supporting personal fitness goals, collaborating with other coaches to align programming, and contributing to a positive, inclusive training environment in line with Spartans’ values.Qualifications Background in Physical Education with strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise principles relevant to Pilates and functional fitness.Coaching skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and safely progress clients of varying abilities.Sports Coaching and Sports Training experience, particularly in structured class settings or small-group training.Clear and empathetic Communication skills to provide instruction, feedback, and encouragement in a supportive manner.Recognized Pilates certification (mat and/or equipment) and current first aid/CPR certification.Experience working in fitness centers, studios, or sports clubs, preferably with mixed-age or family programs.Ability to design and adapt class plans, manage groups, and maintain a safe training environment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
