Pilates Instructor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor role based in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Pilates Instructor will lead individual and group Pilates sessions, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to client needs and fitness levels. Responsibilities include assessing client goals and physical conditions, designing appropriate exercise programs, demonstrating proper techniques, and monitoring participant progress. The role involves educating clients on body alignment, injury prevention, and overall wellness, while maintaining a clean, organized studio environment and equipment. The instructor will provide excellent customer service, support client retention, collaborate with other health and wellness professionals as needed, and follow all facility policies and health and safety standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction and Teaching, with the ability to adapt programs to diverse fitness levels and individual needs.Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise leadership, including managing class flow, motivating participants, and ensuring inclusive, safe sessions.Candidates should possess relevant Physical Therapy or rehabilitative exercise knowledge to support safe movement patterns and modifications, where appropriate.Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.Relevant Pilates certification from a recognized organization is strongly preferred; additional fitness or wellness certifications are an advantage.Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or fitness professional in a studio, clinic, or health facility setting is beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and follow local health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
