Pilates InstructorSpartan Martial Arts & Fitness | UAESpartan Martial Arts & Fitness is looking for a qualified and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team.We are seeking a professional who is knowledgeable, energetic, and committed to delivering safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions to our members.Key Responsibilities* Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions.* Design and adapt sessions according to members’ fitness levels, goals, and abilities.* Ensure correct technique, posture, alignment, and safe movement throughout sessions.* Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members.* Monitor members’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.* Maintain professional standards of service and member experience.* Follow all gym safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.* Work collaboratively with the wider fitness team.Requirements* Relevant Pilates certification from a recognized training provider.* Previous experience teaching Pilates in a gym, studio, or fitness environment.* Strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement, posture, and body mechanics.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Professional, energetic, and client-focused approach.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.* Valid UAE work eligibility is preferred.What We Offer* Professional and supportive fitness environment.* Opportunity to work with a growing fitness brand.* Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.* Opportunities to develop your client base and professional experience.
