Pilates Instructor

Role Description The Pilates Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman for Spa and Wellness Center. The instructor will lead individual and group Pilates sessions for diverse client populations, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging classes tailored to different fitness levels and health needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client goals, designing session plans, demonstrating proper techniques, and monitoring form to reduce injury risk. The instructor will collaborate with healthcare and wellness professionals as needed, maintain a clean and organized studio environment, and support client retention through excellent communication and customer service. The role also involves scheduling classes, recording attendance, and contributing to program improvements in alignment with HQHC’s quality standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction and Teaching, with the ability to design and deliver structured, progressive sessions.Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise leadership, including managing class flow, adapting for different abilities, and maintaining participant engagement.Candidates should possess knowledge of Physical Therapy principles or functional movement, enabling safe modifications and basic injury-aware guidance.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and client-focused problem solving.Recognized Pilates certification (e.g., mat and/or equipment) from an accredited institution.Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or fitness professional, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting.Basic understanding of health, anatomy, and exercise safety standards; CPR/first aid certification is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and maintain accurate client records.Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
