The brand is rapidly expanding and offers team members the opportunity to contribute to a modern, innovative approach to fitness.Role Description The Pilates Studio Manager at FS8 - Pilates. Tone. Yoga. is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees daily studio operations, including scheduling classes, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth front-of-house processes. The Studio Manager leads and supports instructors and staff, facilitating team meetings, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards and a positive studio culture. Responsibilities include driving membership growth, managing sales and local marketing activities, nurturing member relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves maintaining studio cleanliness and safety, monitoring equipment, handling administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory, and collaborating with leadership on projects and initiatives that support studio performance and brand consistency.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage members, handle inquiries, and foster a welcoming studio environment.Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide staff, coordinate initiatives, and ensure efficient studio operations.Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote memberships, manage renewals, and support local marketing campaigns.Experience in fitness, wellness, or studio management is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site full time in Singapore, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with scheduling, CRM, or point-of-sale systems.Background in Pilates, yoga, or group fitness (certifications or prior studio experience) is an advantage.
