Experience with European organizations or multinational enterprises will be a strong advantageJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Consultant to support, implement, and optimize enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, access governance, and identity lifecycle management within large enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Ping Identity solutions including PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, and PingDirectoryManage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access modificationsImplement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and secure authentication servicesConfigure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authenticationDesign and manage adaptive/risk-based authentication policiesImplement and govern RBAC and ABAC access control modelsIntegrate enterprise applications with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID ConnectMonitor authentication and access logs, supporting compliance and audit requirementsInvestigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents and access issuesAutomate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration toolsEnsure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performanceMust-Have Skills5-8 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory)Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federated Identity solutionsHands-on experience with MFA and passwordless authenticationStrong knowledge of adaptive and risk-based authenticationExperience with LDAP and Microsoft Active DirectoryStrong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access modelsExperience with IAM governance, compliance, auditing, and access reviewsAbility to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issuesGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with PingOne DaVinci orchestration and workflow automationPing Identity or other IAM-related certificationsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsKnowledge of API Security and Zero Trust ArchitectureExposure to DevOps, automation, and scripting tools (PowerShell/Python)Experience integrating IAM solutions within large enterprise ecosystemsPrevious experience working with Saudi organizations, government entities, or regulated industriesExperience working with European companies or global multinational organizations
