Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 7–10+ YearsPosition SummaryCandidates currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) are strongly preferred.We are looking for a highly skilled Ping Identity Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ping Identity technologies, authentication and federation protocols, API security, and identity governance. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead IAM initiatives from architecture through production support.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain Ping Identity solutions across enterprise and hybrid environmentsDeliver end-to-end IAM projects covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and API SecurityConfigure, customize, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade Ping Identity platformsDesign authentication flows, access policies, user journeys, and authorization frameworksImplement and maintain RBAC, ABAC, risk-based access controls, and Zero Trust security modelsDevelop custom integrations, extensions, and automation using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell scriptingConfigure and maintain identity repositories, directory services, and synchronization mechanismsIntegrate Ping Identity solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and third-party platformsPerform performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and production supportSupport security governance, compliance, audit requirements, and access certification processesCreate architecture documents, operational runbooks, deployment guides, and technical documentationLead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholdersMust Have Skills7–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with at least 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity solutionsStrong expertise with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and related Ping Identity productsProven experience delivering SSO, MFA, Federation, and API Security solutionsDeep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and modern authentication protocolsStrong experience with authentication policies, authorization models, RBAC, and ABACHands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with Ping Identity platformsExperience developing custom IAM integrations and automation using Java and scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash)Strong understanding of identity repositories, directory services, user lifecycle management, and authentication workflowsExperience implementing Zero Trust security principles and risk-based access controlsExpertise in production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and high-availability environmentsExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practicesStrong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsGood to Have SkillsExperience within Banking, Financial Services, Government, Telecom, or other highly regulated industriesHands-on experience with PingDirectory, PingAuthorize, or PingDataGovernanceKnowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutionsExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platformsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or containerized deploymentsIntegration experience with SIEM, PAM, and enterprise security monitoring solutionsKnowledge of audit, compliance, cybersecurity frameworks, and governance requirementsExperience securing microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applicationsExposure to DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practicesPing Identity certificationsIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, AWS Security, or equivalent
