Role – Placement Head Job Type – Full-Time (Work From Office) Work Mode – On-Site Office Location – Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar PradeshResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.Identify and bring new companies and hiring partners for placement opportunities.Plan and execute placement drives, recruitment events, and interview processes.Coordinate with companies for job requirements, interviews, assessments, and offers.Guide and mentor students regarding career opportunities and placement preparation.Conduct and coordinate resume-building, interview preparation, aptitude, and soft-skill sessions.Maintain regular communication with students, recruiters, and internal teams.Track placement data, interview schedules, selections, and joining status.Achieve monthly and yearly placement targets.Prepare placement reports and maintain accurate records.Stay updated with current hiring trends and industry requirements.Represent the organization professionally during corporate interactions and placement activities.InterestedHead candidate can share their resume at team.hr@ralphryker.in
