This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division involves identifying suitable opportunities, coordinating interviews, tracking placement progress, and providing regular updates to learners and internal stakeholders. The Placement Manager will support learners with resume reviews, interview preparation, and career guidance to improve placement readiness. The role includes collaborating closely with academic and operations teams to align training outcomes with market needs and to continuously refine placement strategies based on employer feedback and hiring trends.Qualifications Experience in placement management, talent acquisition, career services, or campus hiring, preferably within an educational or training organization.Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and sustain partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to guide learners and represent SkillEcted to external stakeholders.Ability to analyze job market trends and align placement strategies with skills taught in areas such as technology, data, and digital marketing.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners, hiring cycles, and placement pipelines efficiently.Comfort working with placement-related tools and platforms (spreadsheets, CRM systems, job portals, professional networking sites).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or career counseling are an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to learner success, with an inclusive and non-discriminatory approach to supporting diverse backgrounds.
