This role is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with hiring organizations, coordinating placement activities, and matching learners with suitable job opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with employers to understand hiring needs, organizing recruitment drives and interviews, and guiding learners through resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning. The Placement Manager also tracks placement metrics, prepares reports, and collaborates with academic and training teams to ensure programs meet industry expectations. The role requires consistent on-site interaction with learners and internal teams to deliver a supportive and results-driven placement experience.Qualifications Ability to develop and manage employer relationships, including networking with companies and industry professionals.Experience in career services, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with strong skills in candidate screening and job matching.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach learners on resumes, interviews, and professional etiquette.Organizational and coordination skills to manage placement drives, events, and multiple stakeholders effectively.Data-driven approach to tracking placement outcomes, preparing reports, and using insights to improve placement strategies.Familiarity with technology roles and current industry trends; experience in an educational or training environment is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Comfort working on-site in Kochi and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment.
