You will be responsible for helping our students secure good job opportunities with leading companies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete placement process for studentsBuild and maintain relationships with companies and recruitersIdentify suitable job openings and internships for studentsOrganize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement eventsPrepare students for interviews through training and mock sessionsTrack placement records and share regular updates with the teamWork closely with other departments to achieve high placement ratesRequirements1+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or talent acquisition (experience in education/training sector is preferred)Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships with corporate clientsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS OfficeImportant Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and candidates with internship-only experience are not eligible.Candidates outside Delhi/Gurgaon are not eligible to apply.This is a strictly in-person position.
