Placement Manager - Edtech

Position: Placement ManagerLocation: Kerala (Travel Required Across Kerala)Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Placement / Corporate RelationsKey Responsibilities* Travel across Kerala to identify and generate placement opportunities and job vacancies.* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR teams, and hiring partners.* Develop new corporate tie-ups for student placements and internships.* Coordinate and manage placement activities across all Offenso Hackers Academy branches.* Lead and support the placement team in all branches to achieve placement targets.* Track student placements, interview schedules, and corporate hiring pipelines.* Organize recruitment drives, campus interviews, and placement events.* Ensure timely follow-up with companies and candidates throughout the hiring process.Requirements* Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition.* Strong network with companies across Kerala is an added advantage.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.* Ability to lead and manage a multi-branch placement team.
