Placement Officer

Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jayanagar,Bangalore. This role involves coordinating placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with currently hiring companies and industry partners, and organizing recruitment drives, internships, and career fairs. The Placement Officer will provide career opportunities and guidance to students, coordinate with Hiring companies and receive Job Descriptions, and track placement outcomes and reports. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align placement initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring clear, professional communication with stakeholders.Qualifications1-3 years of Experience in Placement Role.Candidates should possess strong Placement and Career Counseling skills to manage student placement processes and provide guidance on career paths.Work Experience in Ed-tech is a plus.Knowledge in Healthcare/Pharma domain is a plus.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, and recruiters.Candidates should possess Training and Education-related skills to design and deliver employability programs, workshops, and orientation sessions.Relevant experience in placement, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within academic or training institutions.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping abilities, with proficiency in MS Office,CRM and basic data management tools.Ability to work independently, build networks with industry partners, and adapt to evolving placement and labor market requirements.
