This role involves coordinating and managing placement activities for learners, including identifying suitable job opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and scheduling interviews. The Placement Specialist will guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and professional communication, while tracking placement outcomes and preparing regular reports. The position also includes collaborating with training teams to align student skill development with market requirements and organizing placement drives, employer sessions, and career-focused events.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and hiring partners.Solid Recruiting and Training skills to source opportunities, prepare students for interviews, and support career readiness.Excellent Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles, track placement metrics, and interpret hiring trends.Ability to build and manage professional relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry stakeholders.Prior experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably in an educational or tech environment.Good understanding of IT and software testing job roles and current hiring practices.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.Proficiency with MS Office and online job platforms; familiarity with CRM or placement management tools is beneficial.
