Our teams collaborate across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Business Development to improve planning accuracy and business performance.The RoleWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Planificador de Demanda to develop demand forecasts, analyze market and sales trends, and support inventory and supply planning decisions.The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to improve forecast accuracy, balance supply and demand, reduce inventory risks, and support efficient business planning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain demand forecasts for products, services, or business categories.Analyze historical sales and demand data to identify trends and patterns.Review historical consumption, seasonality, promotions, and market trends.Consolidate demand information from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.Prepare baseline forecasts using historical and statistical data.Monitor forecast accuracy and identify significant variances.Analyze forecast errors and determine root causes.Update demand forecasts based on new business information and market conditions.Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to incorporate market intelligence.Coordinate demand review meetings with relevant stakeholders.Prepare monthly and periodic demand planning reports.Monitor demand changes and communicate potential supply impacts.Identify demand risks, opportunities, and unusual consumption patterns.Support inventory planning based on forecast requirements.Coordinate with Supply Planning and Procurement teams to align supply with expected demand.Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.Support inventory optimization initiatives.Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.Assist with safety stock and replenishment planning.Review lead times and supply constraints when preparing forecasts.Support capacity planning and resource allocation activities.Monitor product availability and service-level requirements.Maintain accurate demand planning data within ERP or planning systems.Validate data quality and resolve inconsistencies affecting forecasts.Develop and maintain forecasting spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical models.Track key demand planning KPIs and performance indicators.Prepare management presentations and planning summaries.Support scenario analysis for changes in demand, pricing, promotions, or market conditions.Assist with new product launches and demand planning activities.Coordinate with Finance on forecasts, budgets, and business planning assumptions.Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and methodologies.Support the implementation of demand planning tools and systems.Document forecasting assumptions, methodologies, and planning decisions.Contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain planning process.Maintain confidentiality of commercial, customer, inventory, and business information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory management, or a related role.Strong understanding of demand forecasting and supply chain processes.Experience analyzing historical demand, sales trends, and inventory data.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP, demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management systems.Knowledge of forecasting techniques, inventory planning, and replenishment principles.Experience monitoring forecast accuracy and demand planning KPIs.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into practical recommendations.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.UAE/GCC supply chain experience is an advantage but not mandatory.APICS/ASCM, CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or related certifications are welcome but not required.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Demand Planning Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development📊 Hands-On Experience in Forecasting & Supply Chain Analytics📦 Exposure to Inventory Optimization & Replenishment Planning🔎 Experience with Demand Analysis & Business Forecasting🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Improve Supply Chain Performance🌐 Cross-Functional & International Collaboration
