In addition, Masarat offers comprehensive training packages to help clients maximize the use of their equipment while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.Role Description The Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The Planner will support project planning and execution for biosafety, cleanroom, and contamination control initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are aligned with client and accreditation requirements. Daily tasks include developing project schedules, coordinating with engineers and technical experts, monitoring project progress, and preparing status reports and documentation. The Planner will also assist in risk assessment, resource allocation, and workflow optimization, while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to maintain high operational and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting complex technical projects in a regulated environment.Qualifications* A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.* A minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years working with a contracting company.* Candidates should possess strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.* Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.* Experience in preparing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly project reports, including dashboards, S-curves, progress tracking, and other project performance reports.* Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.* Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks, interpret data, and recommend practical solutions.* Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients professionally.* Candidates should possess attention to detail and documentation skills to prepare accurate reports, records, and planning materials.* Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical projects is highly preferred.* A background in engineering, biosafety, cleanrooms, or healthcare-related projects is preferred.* Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is advantageous.* Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to a technical, standards-driven environment is required.
