Planning & Estimator

Role Description:Globe Alliance Company is looking for a skilled Planning & Estimator to support its Construction, Civil & MEP and project-based operations. The role will be responsible for project planning, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender support, and monitoring project progress against planned schedules and budgets.The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial understanding of construction and project requirements, with the ability to prepare accurate estimates and develop practical project plans.Experience Required:Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in Planning, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or Project Controls.Experience in Construction, Civil & MEP, Infrastructure or related industries.Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.Experience in preparing estimates and tender submissions for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or facility-related projects is highly preferred.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum 7-12 years of relevant professional experience.Strong knowledge of construction estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and project planning.Strong understanding of Civil and MEP project requirements.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontracting costs.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software experience is preferred.Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and quantity take-offs is preferred.Company DescriptionGlobe Alliance Company (GAC) is a dynamic and growing service-based organisation headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive and integrated business solutions across multiple sectors.
