Planning & Laser Machine Operator

Royalcut Diamond and Gold is looking for an experienced Planning & Laser Machine Operator to join our diamond manufacturing factory in Dubai.We are looking for someone with strong operational experience who can confidently manage production requirements, communicate with clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate diamond cutting and polishing requirements
• Operate and manage diamond laser cutting machinery
• Understand rough diamond specifications and production requirements
• Communicate directly with clients and understand their specific needs
• Guide clients regarding suitable cutting, planning, and processing options
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
• Monitor work quality, accuracy, and production timelines
• Maintain clear communication throughout the processRequirements
• Proven experience in diamond planning and laser machine operations
• Strong understanding of diamond manufacturing processes
• Good operational and production management skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the factory team
