Planning & Project Control Engineers with AI Experience will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support project teams in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Daily activities include preparing and updating detailed project plans, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams, and analyzing project performance data using AI-driven tools and techniques. The role involves overseeing cost control processes, tracking resource utilization, and producing regular reports and forecasts for project stakeholders. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve planning and control practices through data analytics and digital solutions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Planning & Scheduling skills, including experience with project planning software and construction timelines.Candidates should possess Cost Control and Cost Management skills, with the ability to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support financial forecasting.Candidates should possess Project Control skills, including performance tracking, reporting, and variance analysis across scope, time, and cost.Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and apply AI or data analytics tools to improve project outcomes.Relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, ideally within large-scale or multidisciplinary environments.Familiarity with AI applications in project planning, predictive analytics, or optimization, and proficiency in relevant digital tools or platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
