As a trusted IT consulting partner, Dautom is supporting their strategic initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.Job Role: Planning analyst Work Location: Abu DhabiNotice Period: Immediate – 30 DaysExperience: 8+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesReview & providing feedback on the budget preparation (CAPEX & OPEX), availability and expenditure plans by closely working with the Digital teams within the organization.Monitor the budget expenditure (CAPEX & OPEX) on monthly basis and justify the variances for effective performance and cost control.Generate monthly budget status report highlighting Digital Division management the area of improvement opportunities.Prepare accruals and monthly payments for Digital Division.Prepare Financial Year end closing for Digital divisionCoordinate with finance department to prepare, finalize and maintain the Digital budget.Create & monitor project light – cost saving initiatives in system (Plainware).Construct contracts and manage it for Digital Division through raising ROs / POs.Managing the consultant resources for Digital Division.Initiate and coordinate with finance to release the Bank Guarantee upon completion of contract.Perform other related duties as directed by the Supervisor.Handle and resolve all queries/issues related to Suppliers / Vendors.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
