📢 We’re Hiring | Planning AnalystWe are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support sector operations through effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with HR, finance, and other support functions to ensure efficient operations and the timely delivery of business requirements.📍 Location: Saudi Arabia💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field🗣️ Languages: Arabic (primary) and proficient English📅 Expected Start Date: 18 November 2026Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate HR-related activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee services.Liaise with support functions to facilitate business requirements and ensure smooth operational coordination.Support the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets.Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.Maintain and update sector data, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Monitor sector initiatives, action items, and outstanding issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Act as the focal point between the Sector and Business Line (BL) representatives, coordinating HR, budgeting, and reporting activities.Perform other duties as assigned by the Sector Executive Director (ED).Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.Experience in planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English.Ability to prepare management presentations and reports while managing multiple priorities.📩 Interested candidates: Please apply through the LinkedIn.If you have the relevant experience and skills, we look forward to hearing from you!#Hiring #PlanningAnalyst #SaudiJobs #KSAJobs #CareerOpportunities #Planning #Budgeting #Reporting #Recruitment
