We're looking for a builder as much as a manager to create our end-to-end supply chain, from demand to customer delivery. Your first major challenge: build our S&OP process from the ground up. You'll move easily between strategy and execution, from running an S&OP review and an 18-month capacity outlook to solving a critical component shortage or securing an urgent customer shipment. Your Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the S&OP process from scratch: define governance, meeting cadence, roles, inputs and KPIs, then progressively mature it as the company scales Lead monthly cross-functional S&OP reviews with Sales, Operations, Production, R&D, Purchasing, Finance and Management, and establish a single shared view of demand, supply and customer commitmentsConsolidate demand from customer orders, weighted commercial forecasts, internal R&D needs, qualification activities and strategic programs into a rolling forecastBuild and maintain the Master Production Schedule, with planning horizons adapted to our long manufacturing and supply lead timesTranslate demand into capacity, resource, material and supplier requirements, identify gaps and develop scenarios to support management decisions on priorities and commitmentsTurn the production plan into executable schedules, monitor WIP and progress, and coordinate recovery plans when delays or shortages occurStructure purchasing and MRP processes, define sourcing strategies based on lead time, criticality, supply risk, cost and MOQ, and track supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness)Define inventory principles and safety-stock strategies for critical components, while managing excess, obsolete and slow-moving stockOrganize inbound, internal and outbound logistics, including the transport of fragile, sensitive and high-value technological productsManage customs and international trade: import/export documentation, classification, country of origin, Incoterms and compliance, in coordination with forwarders and brokersContribute to the selection and deployment of ERP/MRP and planning tools, reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and build clear supply chain dashboardsDefine and track key KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan adherence, supplier and customer OTD/OTIF, inventory turns, shortages, lead times) and drive continuous improvementRequirementsMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain or industrial operationsProven experience implementing or running an S&OP process APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)Strong command of demand and production planning, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, inventory management and logistics Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systemsStrong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into clear priorities and decisionsExcellent communication and cross-functional coordination skillsThrives in a fast-changing, growing organizationFluent French and English Nice to have Experience in semiconductor, photonics, electronics or other high-tech manufacturingFoundries, outsourced manufacturing and long-lead-time, critical-component supply chainsInternational suppliers and customers, customs and international logisticsERP implementation or supply chain digitalization; advanced Excel or Power BI BenefitsCompetitive salary, flexible based on your experience Profit-sharing & company savings plan100% health coverage (Alan)50% transport reimbursement or sustainable mobility bonusMeal vouchers (Swile), Gymlib fitness supportChildcare assistance & referral bonuses (€1,000-€2,000)What we offer: A meaningful role with real ownership, from day oneA team eager to collaborate and grow with youA hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite in Massy, 1 day in Paris, 1 to 2 days remotely)Daily exposure to the entire quantum stack — from high-level APIs to low-level firmware, and everything in between.
