Planning Associate

A Planning Associate is responsible for supporting daily planning activities to ensure efficient and reliable last-mile operations. The role focuses on analyzing operational data, forecasting demand, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery capacity, improve service levels, and drive operational efficiency.Responsibilities Support daily last-mile planning and operational execution. Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards. Monitor key operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, utilization, productivity, and SLA compliance. Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Workforce Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Assist in forecasting order volumes and workforce capacity based on demand. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions. Maintain accurate operational data to support planning and decision-making. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
