This role involves developing detailed project plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project activities are executed as per the established timeline and budget.Role KRAsProject Planning and Scheduling:Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management softwareDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersIdentify critical path activities and potential bottlenecksResource ManagementDetermine resource requirements and allocate resources appropriatelyCoordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipmentMonitor and adjust resource allocation as necessary to meet project deadlinesProgress Monitoring & ReportingTrack project progress against the baseline schedule and provide regular updates to managementPrepare and present detailed progress reports, including forecasts and variance analysisIdentify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelinesRisk ManagementConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential project risksMonitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycleImplement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challengesStakeholder ManagementLiaise with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaborationFacilitate regular project meetings and coordinate activities between different departments and teamsEnsure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changesDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondenceEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirementsPrepare and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities and clients as neededNext StepsYou may email your resume with current salary details to Mr.Deepu Antony's mail id da@axiatalent.com.
