The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, updating, and monitoring the project schedule, measuring actual progress, identifying delays and deviations, and preparing regular progress reports.The role requires strong coordination with the project management, site, technical, and cost control teams to ensure effective integration of the project schedule, resources, progress, and costs.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, develop, and maintain the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6.Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activities, durations, logic, and milestones.Update the project schedule regularly based on actual site progress.Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify schedule deviations.Analyze delays, critical activities, and the project’s critical path.Prepare recovery and corrective action plans when required.Prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules in coordination with the site team.Monitor manpower, equipment, resources, and productivity against the approved plan.Support the integration of the project schedule with cost and resource data.Prepare S-curves, progress measurements, cash flow forecasts, and performance indicators.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and presentations.Collect and verify progress information received from site teams.Coordinate with project management, site, technical office, and cost control teams.Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule analysis and recommendations.Maintain accurate records related to progress, delays, changes, and schedule impacts. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.More than 5 years of experience in planning and project controls.Previous experience in construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and progress-reporting tools.Good knowledge of planning, project controls, and cost control principles.Ability to prepare and update schedules, analyze delays, and measure progress.Good understanding of construction sequences, drawings, and productivity rates.Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
