Join us and help deliver the systems behind some of the UAE’s most ambitious developments.Responsibilities:Review resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.Monitoring the project schedule at all stages.Evaluate the allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.Develop and implement planned versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).Reports and analyses deviations from the plan.Track, monitor, and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables such as products, engineering documents fabrication status, and construction of all disciplines.Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern that required action of the associate task member.Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter- discipline requirements and identifies critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.Identifies, analyzes and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations.Develops and writes the schedule commentary that appears in the monthly progress and similar reports. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule and prepares and presents the Critical Items Action Report.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Lead Planner-Scheduler.Requirements:Strong understanding of technical engineering principlesDetermining the necessary path for a project to get completed on timeComputer skills; use specialized computer software for engineering and project management purposes, and also to produce visual presentations, using bar charts and graphs to explain work schedules
