Planning Engineer

White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a PLANNING ENGINEER to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our Aluminium Fabrication Division for ensuring timely project execution through effective planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams. Key Responsibilities · Develop detailed project schedules, work programs, and activity plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.· Maintain project schedules and monitor actual project progress and regularly update schedules to reflect current status.· Track project performance and identify delays, risks, constraints, and critical activities that may affect project completion.· Prepare recovery schedules, look-ahead programs, and revised work plans when required.· Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production/Fabrication, Logistics, and Site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.· Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and other resource requirements in accordance with project schedules.· Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to ensure materials are completed and delivered according to the project schedule.· Ensure that project planning activities comply with company procedures, project specifications, and contractual obligations.· Support Project Managers in resource planning, project controls, and monitoring overall project performance.· Perform other planning and project control duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in project planning, preferably in aluminium façade, curtain wall, glazing, or construction projects.· Strong experience in Primavera P6· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project reporting.· In-depth knowledge of aluminum and fabrication processes.· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
