Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong UAE Real Estate Developer experience to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle, including Pre-Development, Development, Construction, Handover & Close-Out.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project* Project Controls, Progress Monitoring & Executive Reporting* Pre-Development Planning, Feasibility & Development Programs* Authority Approvals Management* RERA Registration, Escrow & Regulatory Compliance Tracking* Cash Flow Forecasting & Commercial Planning* Coordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction Teams* Sales & Marketing Launch Readiness Planning* Client / Investor Progress Updates & Reporting* Power BI Dashboards, AI Tools & Digital Reporting Initiatives* EOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering8–12 years’ experience in Planning & Project ControlsExperience working with a UAE Real Estate DeveloperExperience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise DevelopmentsStrong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced ExcelUnderstanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development ProcessesPMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferredPreferred:Immediate Joiners or Short Notice CandidatesStrong stakeholder management and interpretational skill
