The Group combines traditional construction expertise with innovative solutions in modular construction, digitalisation and sustainable building technologies.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting across construction projects. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring actual progress against baseline plans, identifying risks and delays, and providing reliable look-ahead information to project teams to support timely decision-making.ResponsibilitiesOPERATIONALStudies contract documents specially clauses related to schedule updates, notifications and milestones.Participates in the development of Tender and Baseline schedules.Acquires the following activity information from COC/QS:Quantities.BOQ Amount.Cost.Resources.Monitors and aggregates the productivity data from the construction daily reports, site rounds and time sheets. Reports irregularities to the project team.Visits sites regularly to monitor the actual progress of work done.Effectively communicates with the project team.Assists in preparing the weekly and monthly reports and participates in the submittals’ updates and subcontractors’ progresses updates.Updates the micro schedule using actual quantities and actual progress on daily basis.Assists in updating the Actual progress in Amanatech (if required).Assists in Extension of Time claim preparation.Contributes to the Planning section of the Job Closeout Report.QualificationsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Architect, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.Minimum of 2 years’ experience.Required SkillsBehavioral Skills:Teamworkexecution excellenceprofessional developmentprocess excellencevisionarystrategy & planningrisk management
