KC offers a comprehensive range of services, combining sophisticated projects and multi-disciplinary capabilities.This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE. ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.Review the program submitted by contractor, comment, address the concerns and do the recommendation to the Project Director/client.Reporting areas of ‘non-compliance’ for resolution between Clients and their Partners’, consultants’ and contractors’ programmes.Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports to the Client.Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports.Monitors progress at site on daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares monthly reports to clientDetermines the eligibility of contractor for any claim/time extension.Other tasks as instructed by the Project Director / Planning and Risk Manager.Qualifications15+ total years of experience5+ years' experience on 5-star Hotel projects and other Hospitality ProjectsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant fieldKnowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications (Primavera, etc) is a mustExperience with Architectural & Engineering Consultancies is preferredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilities
